1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Collections: Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- Custom / Engraved Orders: As our personalized jewelry is handcrafted to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment.
- Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We partner with leading couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to ensure secure delivery. All shipments include a tracking number.
