Warranty Policy

Lumières stands firmly behind the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is meticulously designed and handcrafted using premium materials built to last.

1. Our Guarantee: 1-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a complimentary 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all authentic jewelry purchased directly from our official online store. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., loose gemstone settings, faulty clasps, or structural defects).

If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, we will gladly repair your item or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

2. What is NOT Covered by the Warranty?

Our warranty is designed to cover production flaws, not issues arising from daily wear, accidents, or improper care. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Surface scratches, accidental bending of rings, or chain breakage caused by pulling, snagging, or catching.
  • Oxidation & Discoloration: Natural fading, tarnishing, or plating wear of metals (such as Sterling Silver or Gold Plating) caused by contact with sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, salt water, or chlorine.
  • Improper Care & Accidents: Chipping of enamel, cracked gemstones, or loss of stones resulting from dropping the item, showering, swimming, or exercising while wearing the jewelry.
  • Third-Party Modifications: Any alteration, resizing, or repair work conducted by a jeweler outside of Lumières will completely void this warranty.
